How We Actually Work
Our founder, Linnea Kowalski, spent eight years at mid-sized manufacturing firms watching executives make decisions based on gut feeling rather than their own data. The information was there, but nobody had time to dig through it properly.
She brought together a small group of analysts who'd worked across retail, healthcare, and professional services. What connected everyone was frustration with how analytics was being delivered — lots of fancy visualizations, very little useful guidance.
We decided to focus on interpretation over presentation. Sure, we build solid dashboards and tracking systems. But what clients actually pay us for is sitting down together and figuring out what their operational data reveals about bottlenecks, opportunities, and realistic next steps.
Around 2022, we noticed a pattern. The businesses seeing the best results weren't necessarily the ones with the most sophisticated setups. They were the ones who actually used their reports for weekly decision-making. So we started structuring everything around that — shorter, more frequent check-ins rather than quarterly mega-reports nobody reads.
We're not trying to be your data department. We're here to help you understand what your numbers mean and make smarter calls based on what's actually happening in your business.
